C&C Marine Inc., builders of North Coast Boats is located in the Mecca of quality boat building: Bristol, RI. Having moved into our new "state of the art" facility in July of 2006, North Coast Boats clearly demonstrates the commitment to building top quality fishing boats. We not only build the boats, we use them and we fish them so that we are confident that our valued customers cannot own a better built boat. Our boats are built to perform and last for generations. There is NO WOOD in the construction of North Coast Boats. There is no substitution for experience and North Coast Boats abounds with experience. Jose C. DaPonte, the President and owner of C&C Marine has been building quality boats since the early 1970's. He has worked with some of the best boat builders over the years and is now regarded as one of the foremost authorities in composite boat building and tool making. He is involved with the construction of every boat built. With experienced management, experienced craftsmen, and experienced engineering, we have a unique advantage over most of our competitors: Top quality boats built for generations of use providing lasting value for our family of North Coast boat owners. We are one of the few truly SEMI-CUSTOM boat builders today. If you need an option or feature that is not listed, just ask! We work very closely with our growing Dealer Network to insure that every client has an enjoyable buying experience.
Our design firm...Bill Richards Yacht Design, has over 45 years of on the water and design experience. This design team is spearheading our product development. Being naval architects and marine engineers gives this group the edge over the competition in bringing solidly designed and constructed products to the market. The design philosophy is purpose-built, conservative designs, that will last and last.
